TheyPoopWeScoop’s Policies
Payments Accepted
We accept cash, credit, and debit card payments.
Cash Payments: Must be paid once the job is complete, or monthly if you’re on a subscription.
Monthly Subscriptions: Paid one month in advance. Your first monthly payment is due before your service can begin.
Weekly Payments: If you’ve arranged to pay weekly, your payment is due on your scheduled scoop day.
Note: All payment policies can change at any time without notice.
Missed or Late Payments
Skipped Scoop Due to Missed Payment: If a scheduled scoop is missed because of non-payment, a “One-Time Cleaning” fee may be applied to your next visit.
Late Payment: If your account is more than two weeks behind, your service will be paused until your account is current. We understand that life happens — please communicate with us so we can work out a plan.
Service Cancellation
By Us: We reserve the right to cancel your service at any time with at least 7 days’ notice.
By You: To cancel, please give 24 hours’ notice. If less than 24 hours, you will still be charged for that week’s scoop.
Holidays
If your scheduled scoop falls on a holiday, we will scoop either the day before or the day after at our discretion, and will notify you of any changes.
Company Holidays: TheyPoopWeScoop reserves the right to close for three weeks per year. You will always be notified in advance.
Complaints
If you notice a missed pile or have an issue, please email us at: Contact@TheyPoopWeScoop.uk. We will address it promptly and ensure your garden is back to tip-top condition.
Skipping Scoop Day
We may need to skip a scoop if:
Access to the garden is blocked, unsafe, or frozen
Gates are broken or locked without access provided
Dogs in the yard are not approved or are aggressive
Account is more than two weeks behind on payment
Visibility Note: If your lawn is overgrown or covered in leaves, we will do our best, but cannot guarantee a 100% clean.
Gates & Access
Locked Gates: We will not hop fences or enter your home. Please provide a key, combination, or unlock the gate. We will re-lock it when we leave.
Gates Left Open: We always ensure gates are securely closed after a visit.
Broken Gates: If we find a broken gate, we will secure it as best we can and notify you.
Unattended Dogs
We love dogs, but if any dog in your garden is aggressive or unsafe, we cannot perform the scoop until the situation is resolved.
Weather Policy
Heavy Rain or Excessive Snow: Scoops may be cancelled.
Winter Visibility: Smaller pet waste can be hard to spot in snow — don’t worry, we’ll scoop it as soon as it’s visible.
Any cancellations will always come with notification and a rescheduled date.
